As a hands-on senior finance executive, Corinna works with TMC on a variety of capital-raising assignments. In addition to full fluency in all types of financial statements across a broad range of industries, Corinna brings to the table a broad-based compliance background, along with comprehensive knowledge of external reporting statutes, internal financial dashboards and reports and the requirements that companies operating in America face under the Sarbanes Oxley framework.

Over the course of her career, Corinna has advised clients in multiple industries and companies of varying sizes. Her diversified and constantly expanding skill set positions her to not only help construct in-depth profiles and projections for companies looking to raise capital, while also positioning her as an ideal financial and operational advisor to assist in subsequent client growth.

Her mutlifaceted experience includes assignments and projects in the following areas: tenure as a Chief Financial Officer; the development of policies and procedures manuals for mission-critical operations; the creation of a company intranet; the reorganization of a Finance Department; a cross border accounting treatment research project. Corinna has also overseen the drafting of the financial sections of an offering memorandum and associated financial statements. She has authored many white papers on leading financial and accounting issues, such as Corporate Entity selection for Start-Up Ventures.

A licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York State and a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Woman’s Society of Certified Public Accounts, Corinna has dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting and International Business from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
